Melisa has been part of the Vision Team as Managing Partner for 8 + years.
She comes from a former BIG 4 experience as part of the legal department of the international consultant group PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She has been engaged in providing legal advice in several sectors of industry, specialized in business matters related to liquidation processes, preparation and negotiations of contracts, labor issues, representation and conducting of proceedings before private and/or public institutions, including representation in courts.
She has been part of the legal team in several projects of a high impact in Albania, collaborating with several governmental and international bodies such as Global Fund, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), etc.
