Deportation is the forced removal of a foreigner from the territory where he/she resides, with a deadline specified in the deportation decision. The reasons of deportation from a foreign country are various, including but not limited to violation of the terms of stay, illegal stay, administrative violations, legal issues, etc. Deportations are received with a deadline set by the deporting country, but they are not automatically removed from the SIS system after it ends. To delete the deportation order after the end of the term, you should contact the respective authorities for its deletion and reflection.
