Sofia is part of the Vision Team as main point of contact and coordination with Switzerland for our Swiss clients who decide to operate in Albania. She operates from her office in Zurich.

Sofia’s specialty is employment law. She has been legal expert for the International Labour Organization (ILO) for three years.

She is also skilled in dispute resolution in cases between employer and employee, including both negotiation process as well as litigation procedures.
